The Wayne County Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Fayette County Chamber and six other east-central regional Chambers to bring this highly acclaimed Business Development / Leadership Training course on April 26.Special Early Bird registration is available for $499/person... but, only through March 22. After March 22, the price goes up to $549. BACKGROUND: Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, "Disney's Approach to Business Excellence," to Richmond, IN.
The one-day event will allow area professionals begin to understand the power of leadership values, discover how customer loyalty can be established, and gain insight into how organizational culture is strengthened. Participants can learn how systems and processes can make exceptional customer service achievable and explore how to integrate personal creativity and organizational processes to support continuous improvement within their organization.
