9:00am             Parade starts, heading south on Central to the court house streets 
9:15am             Arrive at courthouse, plant pin wheels
9:20am             Welcome,  Hello Everybody, led by Kelly Cruse-Nicholson
9:25am             Happy Birthday to the Mayor and Dan Parker: Kelly to lead song
9:30am             Children board busses to leave
